On a recommendation we were asked to manufacture and install large replica bay windows due to the original windows leaking through rotting timber. As the property lay within a conservation area, we had to ensure that we matched the semi octagonal construction exactly. The client was amazed by the difference in warmth and reduction in noise from the busy road outside.
After the success of the new bay windows, we were asked to glaze the original timber porch and manufacture a beautiful pair of Georgian style front doors fitted with the finest Banham locks and antique brass door furniture, hand painted in high gloss Coniston Green. We coordinated with the architect and conservation officer throughout to ensure the installations were in keeping with the old building. A matching front gate and a pair of bespoke internal double doors were next, leading through to the new kitchen extension, for which we provided two pairs of French doors and a large fixed floor to ceiling feature window.
